Virginia voters are considering a complete redrawing of their congressional districts as part of the high states' redistricting battle in what's expected to be a nail-biter April 21 election.

Voters in Virginia are heading to the polls on Tuesday and will decide whether to redraw their state's congressional map.

“What’s going to happen if we lose these elections—you know, in this case, the House—it’s going to be a disaster," Trump lamented over the phone during the tele-rally.
