Just catching up with this. Don’t agree with English at all.The players ARE technically good enough. You don’t play for Napoli, Liverpool, Villa, Bologna, Everton, Bournemouth etc if you don’t have anything about you technically. It’s the structure, set up and coaching under Steve Clarke that’s the issue.If you want to see what good coaching and set up do to a team, see Motherwell last season and what their manager managed to do with players who were perceived to be not the best technically.
